RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF THE PRODUCTS
We accept returns of undamaged and unused goods within 15 days upon the client receiving the order. The client will bear the shipping costs of the return. If you change your mind during that period of 15 days, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you of how to return this item, all expenses are paid by the client.
In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged product please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours upon receiving the product and Can Can Dogs will return or exchange it, bearing the costs.
Once the Order Confirmation is sent, the Products will be delivered at the address provided by the User when placing the order within one to ten (1-10) working days following the date of purchase.
Can Can Dogs does not assume any liability when the Product is not delivered due to the User providing false, inexact, or incomplete data or when the delivery cannot be carried out through no fault of the shipping company, hired for that purpose, such as the absence of the User or the Product being held at customs.
Delivery dates are an estimation and not binding, although Can Can Dogs tries to adhere to them.
